Artist in Residence - Kerry Bennett
Kerry Bennett has always been an ‘artist by nature’ painting the natural world as she sees it. As a Battle-based professional artist and art tutor, she is proud to be associated with this year’s Battle Festival as artist-in-residence. You can view Kerry’s work throughout October in Battle’s Almonry Gardens, on the Abbey Green and at a permanent display of artwork in Bonney’s Restaurant & Tapas Bar. Together with other local artists, Kerry has helped create the Battle Beasts exhibition that can be seen across Battle. Kerry holds exhibitions, watercolour art classes, demonstrations and workshops throughout East Sussex.
